Are you there Randomize? It's me, LaQuawnda

Randomize. Carlos. It was only a few weeks ago that I interviewed you in an exclusive interview. We talked about the future of Tengaged and you seemed pretty excited.

But, was that all a front? It is my belief that you do not care about Tengaged anymore. I think it's only a matter of time that you stop paying the monthly server costs to keep it opened and move on with your life. You hardly log in anymore, and you only communicate with a select few members.

You are SO detached from Tengaged, it's pathetic. I am not even a user anymore, but I talk with people on Skype, and I know more about the ongoings of your stupid site than you do. What is WRONG with you? We were rooting for you, we were all rooting for you, how DARE you?!

So, I am going to address several points.

1) Moderation selection:
Anyone whose been a member for over a week has noticed that your moderators, as a whole, suck at their jobs. There are a few exceptions. Jubbzy is great at being the game coordinator or whatever else he does. He's totally great at his job, and sometimes I feel bad for him, because he has to do it all on his one. NoelSarah is usually good, but that's because, unlike your average mod, Noel is neither an immature teen or whatever you would classify Genevere as. You choose mods who use their personal vendettas on their regular accounts, to bully, harass, and abuse their powers. For example, BioDork, who I've heard resigned his post, but still. He would ban his enemies all the time, yet would look the other way if any of his friends broke the rules. Same with je.

I've said this for ages, but ALL mods needs to be public information. They need to be posted on the FAQ or a Staff Page needs to be created. For first-hand experience, this leads to accountabilty and professionalism. Another thing: the moderators should be people who aren't personally connected to any of the users. Then again, what person would really want to dedicate their time and efforts to the bullshit that is Tengaged. You call someone a re*t*rd (censored only in case someone links this in their tengaged blog - don't want someone to read it and get offended cause they are 11 years old) and you receive a 14 day ban.  But if the shoe fits, I am gonna call it like I see it. If they are an R_____, I'll call them that.

2) Hacking, Bugs, and Bears, OH MY!:
Randomize is not a good webmaster. I know my good webmasters, and Randomize is not one of them. A good moderation is actively involved in the day to day dealings with their website. A good webmaster knows how to code. A good web master isn't a petty dumb bitch who does nothing for the site, but continue to make it worse. A good webmaster doesn't fuck up his website and then punish people severely for HIS mistakes. Randomize did nothing about the hacking, even though we all know who is responsible for it. It wouldn't be that hard to fix that issue, but rando is a dumb bitch Shunta.  Why should the 16 people who joined stars be punished for joining stars? Sure, they had to inspect elements to get in, but who the fuck cares? Nobody was able to get in because YOU fucked up the coding.. Not them. It is NOT cheating for them to FIX your mistake. I don't even like half the people in the cast, nor do I consider myself a member, but I do feel like I have a voice, and you can't punish me for speaking my mind in my own personal space. Well, then again, the site is so messed up, they probably passed a new rule that they can. IDGAF. Randomize, you are so detached from this site, you don't even care about your members, or improving your site. Sure, you talked a lot of talk during our interview about expanding and whatnot- but that was just it. TALK.  Instead of punishing the people who want to play on your site, whose only crime is making you look bad by fixing your mistake, how about you just fix the mistakes, and start focusing your time and efforts - even an hour a week would be a vast improvement - on making Tengaged a better place.

3) Broken Promises:
Randomize never keeps his promises. He comes up with these big ideas and never follows through with them. Like, recently, I saw that he came up with this ambassador thing, which would allow someone a spot in stars if the got so many likes or whatever via Facebook. I think he thought that would increase site traffic or whatever, but sorry boo, but your site has to reach more than die-hard Survivor/Big Brother/reality show fans and immature little kids in order to expand. It's called advertisements. It's called networking with other sites, getting your name out there, and trying to improve the site. I tried to help you Randomize, way back in 2009. I have connections, you are aware of this, as we've conversed many times over email. You didn't realize I was a member, but I was, and I wanted to help the site. But you dug your site's grave and now you gotta bury it yourself. I could go on and on about the broken promises you made to the site, as far as new games, rewards (those yellow blocks were supposed to result in prizes or whatever), and new features.

Randomize, I wish you luck, I really do. I appreciate the fact that you made Tengaged in the first place, otherwise I wouldn't have met some great and some annoying people. But you have lost touch with reality. You took a site built upon drama, and now have punished anyone who creates it. And now you're blaming others for YOUR mistakes. But why should you care? You have a wife and a kid that you care more about, which is totally fine. But if you're going to put family first, you have to find a co-developer or someone to help take care of the site, while you abandon it and move on. Tengaged may not be your pet project anymore, but for many users, they still like it for some reason. I don't know why, they probably are crazy, but you owe it to them to do something about your site, before it's too late. Users like me are leaving by the handful every day.

As Ferris Bueller said, Randomize: "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."

Please. Stop. Take a look around. Before your site is gone.

BLIND Gossip, ROUND 2

LOL, after my first blind gossip, I got tons of submissions on Skype for more blinds. People just love dishing the gossip and love my fresh approach to the Tengaged drama. Anyways, I got a handful of more blinds to share with you all. Sit back, relax, and gossip.

---------------------------------

1] Okay, so I received word from a reliable source that this powerful alliance on Tengaged is about the splinter into two sub-alliances, after two of the higher-ups of the alliances butted heads. Instead of reconciling, the two leaders are forcing the members to choose between them, turning friends into enemies. Expect to see the repurcussions of this hit Tengaged officially in the next week or so, as the two groups try to regroup. But until then, both sub-alliances are trying to figure out the name. The problem? Both groups want to hold onto the original name.

2] This famous tengager had a cancer scare a few years ago, but all is well. Now, this Tengager has found God and is deeply religious, but you would never guess by the why their avatar dresses or who they are friends with. And also the fact that they are afraid their closest friends will make fun of them if they find out.

3] This perpetual star doesn't plan on stopping anytime soon. In fact, he or she will not give up until they win at least three times according to his or her's closest friends. The problem is that they haven't even won their first, so it may take a while. If ever.

4] Missy told her friend in confidence that she was recently diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. Recently, Missy went on one of her angry tirides and went off on her friend during their rookies game and voted the friend out of the game. The friend tried to understand, but it turns out Missy isn't even taking her medicine, refusing to accept her condition and continuing to assert she is fine.

5] Which user was THIS close to making it into Second Chance Stars, but threw away his OR her chance after trying to bribe Jubbzy into giving him or her a spot in the game, along with three others in his or her's well known alliance. One or two of them may have even got into the game, but not because of bribery. Unfortunately for the briber, they blew their second chance and will have to redeem themselves on their own.

6] Sam can come off as a bit of a immature jerk if you read his blogs. But deep down, it's all in good fun. However, when he's not posting blogs about other people, he spends a large majority of his time at the Humane Society volunteering, taking care of the dogs and cats. Sam may be a jerk on Tengaged, but it's a cover because in real life he is a sensitive caring guy.

EXCLUSIVE: Interview with Noel Sarah

As a follow up to my last interview done with site webmaster, Carlos aka Randomize, I have decided to interview his right hand ginger. Yes, that's right, I got the exclusive with NoelSarah aka Noel Sarah ********. Anyways, Noel sat down and granted me the only interview she will be doing this year, and I was happy to ask her the questions everyone has been dying to ask her.

Noel was unaware she was being interviewed by yours truly, and thought she was being interviewed by Reddit writer Marlene Canavaugh for a feature on Tengaged.com. The feature is entirely fictional and the interview was done for my own selfish purposes.

-----
Marlene Canavaugh (MC): Hello everyone, today I am on the phone with Noel Sarah **********, who is a site moderator of Tengaged.com, in addition to being ****************, and also working tiredlessly for the **********. How are you today, Noel?

Noel Sarah (NS): Yes, um, hello Marlene. I am quite fine, thank you.

MC: Good to hear it! Now, my readers want to know -  what makes Tengaged unique from other sites?

NS: Well, Tengaged is like no other site on the web. It combines the social networking of sites like Facebook, but in the context of a reality show, based on CBS's Survivor and Big Brother, along with MTV'S The Duel. The interactions on the site are interesting, because you aren't only making friends, you are making enemies, allies, competitors, and as a result drama ensues. It's very interesting and it a unique social experiement like no other.

MC: Wow, that sounds like quite the website. How did you even get involved with the website?

NS: Well, I have always been a fan of reality TV, especially Big Brother, and so before I discovered Tengaged, I used to play simulated Big Brother games online in a forum, which lasted the same time as the real show did, which was quite fun, but eventually, I discovered Tengaged, which was really something else. Once I joined, I found that I was quite good at it, and I eventually rose to the ranks, and became quite well known in the process, even gaining the attention of randomize, who initially asked me to become a Design Moderator, but eventually I was promoted to full moderator status.

MC: Now, you say you became 'quite well known in the process'. Noel, don't be so modest! My research has shown me that you became so popular, you won the site-wide game of stars several times and appeared in the first - and so far- only All Stars game. Now, one of my readers tipped me off and told me you had quite the reputation of getting what you wanted. Can you elaborate?

NS: [laughs] I think what they are referring to is the old saying "Noel Sarah gets what Noel Sarah wants". Now, that's not exactly true. Things don't always go my way! But I had a way of manipulating my cast mates during stars, and later, during my run on Survivor, of doing what I wanted. But as the song goes, you can't always get what you want.

MC: How touching. How has becoming a moderator changed your role on the site?

NS: Well, I've always been a promiment member, as I've said, and that hasn't really changed. People always read my blogs, gift me, and are pretty mice to me. But because I am a moderator, people seem to be intimidated by me sometimes, and  many users have accused me of abusing my powers for my own personal gain. This is not true Marlene! I have made mistakes as a moderator, I am not perfect. But.. but I try to do my best and at the end of the day I can be proud of my job as moderator and I've fufilled the task randomize asked me to. If he's happy, the rest of the users should be.

MC: You mention mistakes. Any in particular?

NS: Well, in the past, I did things on Tengaged I am not proud of. I blogged about it at the time and it is pretty wide known, but I have cheated. I regret it completely, and I am now 100% anti-cheating now, but it's something I got to live with now.

MC: Any other regrets?

NS: Well, Tengaged is a game, but you also make very real friendships, and sometimes, the lines of the game and the line of friendship can get pretty blurry. There are times when I have played the game and I have hurt people I care about, people I consider friends. I hurts me when I find out that I have hurt someone I care about, and I try to make things right, but that's not always possible. When I play, I make it clear that it's a game and I differentiate games and friendship, but sometimes people feel betrayed or backstabbed, which is understandable, because I've been betrayed and backstabbed by people I care about as well.

MC: You say Tengaged is a game, but where does a game go from 'just a game' into something more serious.

NS: Well, like I said, the lines between reality and the games itself can be blurry. A lot of people, myself included, get quite caught up into the games that they'll do anything to advance theirselves, even selling out friends or allies. That is exactly what makes Tengaged so fascinating is that your interactions are based on a game, yet the feelings and emotions are real. This leads to rivalrys, enemies, and fighting, which is where moderators such as myself find themselves dealing with. People often resort to personal attacks or violate some rule to hurt others, to get even, or to knock them down, moderators often have to get involved in order to stop it.

MC: Well, it's about time to wrap up this interview. Lets end it with something less serious. Are you really a red-head? Readers are dying to know.

NS: [laughs] Of course my hair is naturaly red! Well, actually, I don't know why they call red-heads red. It always looks orange to me. But yes, I am a ginger and I am quite proud. Back in my college days, I did experiment with dye and spent a semester with brown hair, but I am back to my original red color and I love it!

MC: Thanks so much Noel! It was a pleasure speaking with you.

NS: Anytime Marlene.

MC: This concludes our interview with NoelSarah. You can visit Tengaged at Tengaged.com and help contribute to Noel's charity here at ****************.

Official Statement

Hey y'all!

I was tipped off by a friend (Pepper) that someone posted a blog on Tengaged confessing to be me and that I am them. I am not them, I will never be them, and if I ever do return to Tengaged, I would return to my LaQuawnda account. I keep in touch with all my Tengaged friends (blogs, Mattq, mahogany, kono, Abro, andychuck, etc.) and would tell them ASAP if I returned. Seeing as I won't be returning ever, let alone as a user named SashaBaby2010 (um, what a boring fucking name.. and why would I steal Mattq's thunder by calling myself Sasha? no thank you)

This user is disgusting. He is trying to feed off my former fame and success by pretending to be me. Well, he is a fraud and will never be me, as successful as me, or as famous as me. There will only be one LaQuawnda (me) and only one Sashaa (Mattq). This bitch can go back to the obscurity and nothing he came from.

It's sad that he feels that the only way to find success is to steal other's. Perhaps some day, he will find some, but he will never have my success, and seeing how they are pretending to be me, they obviously are a fan. Dear fan, this isn't the way. I forgive you, because only God may judge people, but please look at your life, look at your choices.

By the way, 236 days ago, it was December. You made your account in August. If you're going to impersonate someone, try not sucking at it?

BLIND GOSSIP [100% Truth Sauce]

Okay, so I got the latest Tengaged gossip, cause OBVIOUSLY dats what everyone cares about. Luvs Drama, etc.

HERE WE GO, grab da popcorn, and yeah..

-----
1] Which former stars winner, who has since left the site, didn't leave because they were sick of the site as reported, but because in actuality, former stars winner had to report to jail for 3 years as the result of tax evasion.

2] This top designer has best been claiming for the past couple years that all her designs are 100% created by her. But in actuality, these designs weren't made by her at all, but her 14 year old son, who she forces to make them, even though he doesn't want to and resents everything to do with Tengaged now that he is banned/removed.

3] This former Hall-of-Famer was once well known on Tengaged. Hall of Famer claims to be a girl and has been posing as a 22 year old college student for some time now. Ms. HoF is actually a disabled dude who lives with his parents home, paralyzed from the waste down and uses Tengaged to escape to a fantasy he can never have.

4] You'll never believe that this infamous Tengaged user, hated by mostly all, was actually once a moderator back in the early days of Tengaged. Moderator was once a rule abiding citizen, but once a scandal emerged, he left Tengaged, in infamy, his moderation status never revealed publicly.

5] You wanna be on Top? This former member of Tengaged was actually a wannabe model on the reality show ANTM. She made it quite far actually, but never reached the same amount of fame or success on Tengaged, although she did appear in a stars.. or maybe three.

6] This famous T-couple was all over the blog page back when they were together. You couldn't refresh the page without hearing about their gag-endusing relationship. But was their relationship even real? Sure, they may have met up in real life, but it was all just a publicity stunt, done to raise both their popularities (even though it worked for only one of them).

7] You know how randomize is the webmaster of Tengaged? Well, Carlos may use randomize as his official account, to deal with moderation, the public, etc. but Carlos has his own personal account he uses when he wants to play games and interact with the public. In fact, lately, he's been spending more time on his alternative account than his randomize account. This alternative account is a gold level and has been around for ages, which is how he has been choosing his moderators the whole time. A friend of his alternative account always has a good shot of being moderator some day, but if you tick him off, you might find yourself perma-banned.

8] This alliance was big back in the day, but has lately been overshadowed by the influx of new alliances taking over the site. But this alliance has plans on taking back their rightful place as the Kings and Queens of Tengaged, but how far will they go to get their thrones back? Did this alliance contact members of the Lulz Sec hacking group to overthrow Tengaged's finest?

9] This skeleton was once the biggest villain on Tengaged and was universally hated. It's funny then, how they have since made a new account and over the past year, have earned the reputation of Tengaged's Sweetheart. Has this sweetheart changed her way? Nope! Ms. Sweetheart is still the big bad wolf "she" used to be, but has been putting on a huge front in public. The new personality is just as fake as the pictures and videos she claims are her.

10] Eenie, meenie, miney mo. Catch a tiger by the toe. This user's picture is everywhere. It seems like you can't view a stars without seeing their sign posts. This user may look squeaky clean and innocent, but it turns out they are addicted to prescription pills and has been for quite some time. So addicted, his closest friends are worried and his parents are thinking sending them to a treatment facility and have been contacting their friends on skype, seeking help.

EXLUSIVE: Interview with Randomize!

Okay, so I decided to send a email to admin@tengaged.com and pretended I was a CNET employee and wanted to write an article about Tengaged and conduct an interview with Carlos aka randomize, the site admin of Tengaged.com. He fell for it and answered my questions over the phone. Here is the transcript of our interview.

Susan Atkins: Hello Carlos this is Susan Atkins from CNET.com. I am here to conduct an interview with you for my site. Como estas, usted?

Carlos (Randomize): Thanks for having me Susan! Such an honor. I am good, I just got off the phone with my sister - she is having a baby!

SA: That's great! I have a few questions for you today.

CR: Alright, lets hear them Susan!

SA: Tengaged has been an international success, with users all over the world, and with websites available for Brazil, Spain, and the English speaking world. What's next for Tengaged?

CR: Well, I am hoping to expand to other countries such as China, Japan and India. I hope that once Asia is cracked than we can work on improving english speaking tengaged.

SA: That's just wonderful! Any non-Tengaged related websites in the future?

CR:  Yes, I am working on several. One is a social networking site, like Tengaged is for reality shows, except the focus of this one is GAME SHOWS, like Match Game PM, The Newlywed Show, Family Feud, etc. It's going to be great. I am also working on another site called Udoravia, which I acquired from a Tengaged user named puma, who is helping with the coding.

SA: Oh wow, that's probably gonna be real successful.  Now, I hope you don't mind me asking, but many users have complained over the past.. year or so that you don't really care about Tengaged. Is that true?

CR: This is true yes. I have wives to fuck and kids to feed. [laughs] But no, seriously, I care about Tengaged, but I have real life commitments too, and people must understand that my job, my wife, and my kids come first.

SA:  Now, on your website there are many [horrible] copy cats of real reality shows. Can you clue us in on what future games may arrive on Tengaged and what new features are in store?

CR: Well, I am developing a new game for tengaged called Guess Who? Pictures of tengagers will apear and you have to click who they are.

SA: Oh, just like the board game!

CR: Yes!

SA: Are rumours of a Tengaged version of The Bachelor true? One straight eligible bachelor with 20 pining women after him?

CR: Susan, those rumours may indeed be true. Although, there are many homosexuals on Tengaged and gender fakers, so the game may be hard, but we will do our best to make it work, although we cannot guarantee real love. But you will get karma and Ts so everyone will be happy.

SA: Sounds like fun. Any other shows you wish to explore in the future?

CR: I would like to make another site-centered game, like Stars, so I am in the process of doing that. I also want to do something with the Mole or maybe mafia, which I realize is not a reality show, but it could still work. Many users have requested The Amazing Race, so I am trying to figure out a concept that will work.

SA: Thanks for those insights, Carlos! One last question for you today! Team Edward or Jacob?

CR: [laughs]Edward!

SA: Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to answer my questions! Good luck with your future projects and I wish you all the best!

CR: Thanks Sue! It's been a pleasure.
